In-Person or Online

I offer in-person and online training that can be 1:1 or in a small group up to 3! If you prefer in-person, we can meet at Truve (my Oakland-based gym), at your home, or at a mutually agreed upon location. Also happy to do online virtually on Zoom, Google Meet or Facetime.


We can do 1-3x a week depending the alignment of our schedules!


I also am in contact with a large network of personal trainers if a different schedule meets your needs.


A little more about my workout philosophy

Let's keep it simple and work on understanding the basics through mobility and resistance training. Depending on your goals and what we have access too, we may learn about how to affectively use foam rolling and other massage tools to help release tension and increase range of motion, how to stay mindful in our bodies to feel the right muscle engage in proper form alongside safety techniques while using different types of weights.
